Light     Life

Each year as part of the Light up a Life campaign, supporters donate to dedicate a light to their loved one . These dedications are then included in our book of memories which will be displayed at each of the services and then during the following year, at the hospice. If you would like to be part of this and dedicate a light, download the dedication form, complete and return to the hospice.
